Our Process
Our Process
What to Expect When Getting Started
Step 1
Gather Information
We’ll start by collecting a few basic demographic details so we can better understand your child and their specific needs.
Step 2
Benefit Verification
Our team will complete a detailed review of your insurance benefits and walk you through any possible financial responsibility upfront.
Step 3
Submit Documentation
You’ll provide the paperwork needed for insurance authorization — typically including a full copy of your child’s diagnostic evaluation and a referral for services.
Step 4
Parent Orientation
You’ll receive a complimentary Parent Orientation with a Licensed Behavior Analyst, covering ABA services, treatment planning, and what to expect as care begins.
Step 5
Assessment Authorization
We’ll request approval from your insurance provider for an initial assessment. After authorization is granted, a clinician will contact you to schedule an in-person visit with you and your child.
Step 6
Assessment & Treatment Plan
A BCBA will meet with you and your child to assess strengths and areas of need. If you’re interested in Speech and/or Occupational Therapy, we can coordinate with those providers to join this visit.
Step 7
Direct Therapy Authorization
Your child’s treatment plan is submitted to insurance for review, and services begin once approval is confirmed.
Step 8
Direct Services Start!
Our clinical and scheduling teams will finalize a weekly plan with you and share a start date for direct services.
