Kate McKinney
Director of Clinical Services
Kate McKinney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been supporting children and families since 2015. Since earning her BCBA in 2018, she has dedicated her career to helping children build meaningful skills and empowering families through evidence-based, compassionate behavioral support.
Kate’s passion lies in truly partnering with families. She believes that progress is strongest when everyone feels heard, understood, and supported. Her approach centers on collaboration — not only with caregivers, but also with teachers, therapists, and all related service providers who play a role in a child’s life. By working as a team, Kate helps create consistent, meaningful support across home, school, and community settings.

Jacqueline Godwin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist. Jacquie brings to Beyond Autism Services over 20 years of experience managing and providing ABA therapy and support for children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. Jacquie believes every child is unique and has a strong enthusiasm to ensure each team is built to best embrace and meet the needs of each and every child. Throughout her experience, she has seen the value in a collaborative approach for the child, family, and clinicians and is excited to bring this model to Beyond Autism Services. When not working, Jacquie enjoys making memories with her husband, 2 children, and 3 furry friends in her hometown of Media, PA.

Jennifer Bender
Director of Client Relations
Jennifer Bender is a PA Licensed Behavior Specialist and Director of Client Relations. With a background in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, behavior analysis, and autism research, Jen is passionate about helping families navigate the often overwhelming process of accessing services and supports for their children. Jen began her career in child behavior research while completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, working with research teams at Temple University and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She later joined the Center for Autism Research at CHOP as a full-time Clinical Research Assistant on the Infant Brain Imaging Study while completing her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis. Her experience also includes working directly with children and families as a Registered Behavior Technician. Today, Jen’s work focuses on making the path from diagnosis or referral to meaningful services as clear, supportive, and accessible as possible for families. She works closely with families, clinicians, providers, and insurance teams to help navigate access to ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services and to improve the systems families encounter along the way. She is especially passionate about parent education, advocacy, multidisciplinary collaboration, and helping families understand their options so they can make informed decisions about their child’s care. Jen grew up in Philadelphia and currently lives in East Norriton with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she loves spending time down the shore with her family, reading, and watching her boys make memories with their nine cousins.

Gosia joined the field of ABA in 2018, with several years of experience in accounting and finance operations. Gosia works closely with our Aurora team members and families to navigate the complex process of billing and insurance coverage for these important services. As Aurora Autism Centers’ Director of Business Operations and Revenue Cycle, Gosia is passionate about breaking through barriers to service access, allowing providers and families to focus more on their child’s clinical care. She is especially excited to partner with this amazing team of clinicians in our collaborative effort to promote the best possible program outcomes! In her free time, Gosia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Eric, and two daughters, Julie and Sara. They can often be found enjoying a concert or hockey game together!

Taylor Stigale
Director of HR and Scheduling
Taylor is a Registered Behavior Technician and our Director of HR and Scheduling. Taylor has worked with clients as an RBT since 2018 and brings prior administrative experience to our team. As our Director of HR and Scheduling, Taylor works to ensure the onboarding process for new employees runs smoothly, as well as maintaining our client’s and therapist’s schedules. She brings efficiency and organization to our team, which is essential in keeping the administrative team organized. Taylor grew up and still lives in Delaware County. In her free time, she loves spending time and making memories with her husband and two children.

Theresa is a dedicated Mother to two young children. When not working, Theresa can be found spending time with her husband and children or in the kitchen cooking. With her family, she enjoys going to the beach, adventuring, and exploring restaurants. Theresa loves to spend time cooking and perfecting versatile techniques – Whether it’s on a grill, griddle, rotisserie oven, or stovetop – Theresa loves to create delicious recipes! Professionally, Theresa brings over 10 years of experience to Aurora Autism Centers in the delivery of ABA Therapy and a lifetime of experience with the special needs community. Growing up Theresa had a sister with profound intellectual and physical disabilities; her sister was instrumental in her passion and dedication to the field. Theresa’s favorite aspects of her clinical practice include: Celebrating every victory with clients and their families no matter how small or large the skill may be, collaborating across practices, and helping integrate strong support and clinical system for clients and their families. Theresa received her master’s degree from Eastern University in Counseling Psychology and she immediately went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Theresa’s clinical style is always child-led with an emphasis on trauma-informed care. Theresa wholeheartedly believes a child’s happiness and comfort in therapy is paramount and focuses on teaching communication skills through the modality the child chooses.

Related Services Director
Emily Miller is a Pennsylvania licensed and American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about her work with the pediatric population. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Chester University. Emily brings over six years of experience to Aurora Autism Centers, working with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Emily discovered her passion for working with children while interning at a pediatric therapy center during graduate school. Through this experience, and her clinical experience since, she has learned that collaboration and open communication is key to promoting growth in the children that she serves. Emily enjoys working with children of all ages and is PECS and PROMPT level one trained. She has received advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and continues to develop her skillset in this area.
Emily resides in Glen Mills, PA with her husband and fur baby, Zoey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family!
Alynna Green
Alynna Green
Alynna Green is a licensed Occupational Therapist who has been working in pediatrics for 5 years. She has found so much joy in helping kids grow, connect, and thrive. Alynna always loved working with children, and that passion continues to shape the way she supports each child and family. One of the biggest things she has learned is that safety is the foundation for regulation, and that understanding plays a central role in how she approaches interventions and build relationships with her kiddos.
She is passionate about continuing her education to better support families and children through approaches that are sensory, motor, and relationship-based. Alynna pursued training in DIR: Floortime, MNRI Reflex Integration, and the SPIRIT course to deepen her understanding of sensory and motor development and provide meaningful, individualized support for every child she works with.

Meaghan Ciliberto is a Pennsylvania licensed and American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Chester University. After graduating, she began working in school-based settings, where she developed a passion for supporting children of all abilities.
She is dedicated to helping individuals find their voice and advocating for all forms of communication. She loves putting the FUN in functional by creating engaging and meaningful therapy experiences. She also values collaboration and enjoys working closely with families, related service providers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized care. She is excited to bring her skills, creativity, and enthusiasm to the team at Aurora and looks forward to supporting clients and families through collaborative, compassionate care.
Outside of work, you can usually find her chasing her daughter around, spending time with friends and family, enjoying her daily coffee, or listening to her favorite podcasts.
