Part-time BT/RBTs
- Flexible scheduling, about 10–30 hours per week
- No weekend shifts

Full-time BT/RBTs

- Dedicated scheduling to support steady hours and consistent pay
- Flexible scheduling, typically 30–40 hours per week
- Minimum of 2 evening shifts per week required
- No weekend shifts
- Schedule offers some variety while staying consistent, with up to 5 clients per week
- Professional development and growth opportunities, including salaried Senior RBT roles
Full-time BCBA
- 120 hours of PTO accrued

- CEU reimbursement that increases each year
